To access certain features of TrackAxo, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Maintain and update your account information

• Keep your password secure and confidential

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree to use TrackAxo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

5. Payment Terms

TrackAxo offers a Forever Free tier (up to three users at no charge) and paid plans—Starter, Professional, and Enterprise—with per-user pricing or custom pricing as described on our Pricing page.

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor (currently Stripe). You authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on the billing cycle you select.

• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.

• Refunds and cancellations for eligible paid fees are described in our Refund Policy.

• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice; material changes will be communicated in-app and/or by email.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of access until the account is brought current.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

TrackAxo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrackAxo, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by the law of your place of residence.
