Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes refunds and cancellations for paid TrackAxo subscriptions. Our Forever Free tier (up to three users) does not require payment; there is nothing to refund on that tier.
Paid plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise—see Pricing) are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Refund Eligibility
Subject to the limits below, we may issue refunds for qualifying paid subscription fees in situations such as:

You cancel within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge and request a refund under our money-back commitment (see below)

A duplicate or erroneous charge confirmed by our billing records

Documented technical failure on our side that prevented reasonable use of the service for a sustained period
Money-back commitment: If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription period, contact us within 30 days of the initial charge and we will work with you to resolve the issue or issue a full refund of that first period’s fee where appropriate.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

Fees for periods already completed beyond any money-back window above

Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service or abuse

Fees owed to third parties (for example app-store or reseller charges outside Stripe)

Custom development, consulting, or one-time services billed separately, unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

Cards and wallets via Stripe: Typically 5–10 business days after we issue the refund, depending on your bank or card issuer

Other methods: Timing follows Stripe and your financial institution’s policies
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for services that have been partially used. The amount refunded will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service.
