Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your TrackAxo plan at any time from your account settings.

Upgrading: Immediate access to new features and higher limits. You'll be charged the prorated difference.

Downgrading: Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. You'll keep current features until then.

User limits: If you move back to Forever Free, your workspace must have at most 3 users — remove extra users first if needed.
All changes are processed instantly, and you'll receive email confirmation of any plan changes.

Billing runs on Stripe. Depending on your region, you can typically use major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, and others), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and other methods Stripe supports.

We never store full card details on our own servers; Stripe handles payment processing securely.

Yes! TrackAxo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not completely satisfied with TrackAxo within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.
